One of our values here at Highway is truth: we believe the Bible is the true word of God. But reading the Bible is often not as straightforward as picking up a modern-day book -- these Bible labs are designed to help us better understand what we are reading when we pick up and open the Biblical text.
The first module will explore the "hardware" of the text: where does the Bible come from, how did its content get chosen and arranged, which English translation is the best, how does our Bible compare to the one Jesus read? The next two modules will explore the "software" of the text: how do all of the books of the Bible fit together in the timeline of history, and what is the main idea of each book?
Join us as we jump into the world of Scripture in a way that goes beyond what we're able to do in a Sunday-morning sermon!
