Donating stock

Donating stock to Highway requires transferring the stock to Highway’s account at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

To do this, have your account manager/broker execute a “DTC” transfer of the shares. Highway’s “DTC” number is “015,” and our account number is “112-015941-115.” With this information, your account manager/broker should be able to complete any transfer within 24 hours of your request.

Please note that all transferred stock will be sold immediately upon receipt by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
