Toddler and Housework helper.  I am looking for assistance caring for 18 month old twins and housework.  (PLEASE NOTE:  I am NOT interested in people who have their own children to watch in addition to helping me out.)

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older with own safe and reliable car.
• Flexible, hardworking, calm demeanor.  Someone who loves kids.
• Impeccable references.
• Previous experience caring for babies/toddlers.

Hours: 15-20 hours/week Monday through Friday, preferably afternoons.  Three to six hours per day, minimum of three days a week.

Scope of Job:

• 50% Baby Care:  including feeding, changing, bathing, and supervising.
• 45% Housework:  dishes/kitchen cleanup, laundry, general house cleaning as needed.
• 5% Rides and supervision for teenager (15 1/2): She might need a ride to sports practice, youth group, and some very minor supervision of her. 

Start Date:  I need help for three weeks in June (Monday, June 4th through Friday, June 22nd) and then starting August 4th, I am looking for someone regular/long-term. 

Pay:  dependent on experience
