The room is in a single family home located in Midtown Palo Alto off of Oregon Expressway from the 101. The house is located deep inside the neighborhood so there is minimal noise. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is safe with many families.
The room is located at the front of the home. This carpeted room has a mirrored wardrobe closet, ceiling fan, and Dutch, glass-paneled door opening to the front enclosed courtyard. It also has its own floor to wall dresser/storage unit. Room size is 8’7” X 11’3”.
The room will share a common wall and hall bathroom which has a standing shower unit. There is plenty of extra storage closet space in the hallway to share as well. There is a washer and dryer located within the house. Living and dining room will be lightly furnished, rental bedrooms will not be furnished. Garage platform area and exterior shed available for common storage use.

Rentee will be sharing the house with me and one other working professional (total one male, one female). The bathroom will be shared.

Close to Safeway, Walgreens, Longs in the Midtown neighborhood. Just an exit way from University Avenue and within a 10 minute drive time of Stanford University and downtown Palo Alto.
Utilities and wireless internet will be split evenly amongst housemates (utilities approx. $100 - $125/mth per person). Cable TV is available, but optional. Rental contracts are for month to month terms; contract renewal at the end of the rental period is available. One month deposit (refundable) and a $75 nonrefundable cleaning fee required for move in. Room is available immediately.
