One of my roommates is about to get hitched, and I need to fill his room. It will be available on Sept 1, maybe earlier depending on how quickly he can move into his new place.
So, our place is a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Sunnyvale, right on the Mountain View border. My other roommate and I have been friends for about 9 years, we both contribute and help out at our church, and are looking for a solid christian guy. I am 30, and my roommate is 29. We are amenable to someone in their early to late 20s and even into their 30s.
The room available is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Rent is $760 + 1/3 electricity/cable/internet (1/3 of the bills usually is 30-70 dollars, depending on the season). The apartment is part of a 6 unit building in a rather quiet neighborhood. The room is about 14 x 12 with a large closet.
We aren’t a ‘party’ house, but I we do like to entertain with dinner parties, movie nights, etc…
There is a laundry room in the building and we have a gas grill out back to use. Oh, and No Pets.
