Human Resources Administrative Assistant/Generalist
Responsibilities
* Assist in the recruitment process including screening potential candidates and scheduling interviews
* Coordinate new employee offer letters, new hire paperwork, orientation, employment forms
* Administer Benefits
* Process Terminations
* Maintain HR/Employee files, spreadsheets
* Also provide administrative/clerical support to Executive Team
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required, previous experience in HR desirable
Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Strong MS office skills
Detail oriented, proven ability to multi task, be flexible, and work effectively under pressure
Strong organization and communication skills
